Last week I wrote about powerful cosmic energy at work. The particular events (New Moon in Virgo, solar eclipse, Fall Equinox) were not the beginning, nor the end, of the significant energy shifts being experienced on the planet. But a high point was reached, marking a transition to a higher vibratory environment on Earth.
On a personal level, you may have witnessed the shift. Perhaps in your circumstances or in your physical body—or both.
I know I did in a very big way, and I hope to share my experience with you soon. I’m still sorting it out, but I can tell you that for days, I was completely upended. No exaggeration, I was the most ungrounded I have ever been.
If you’re in a similar space, here’s my advice: Get out in nature.
Not just a walk around the block. No, go to a place where you can take off your shoes and walk on the ground barefoot. Where you are surrounded by water, trees, plants, flowers, mountains… whatever your locale offers that separates you from human-made environments.
Where you have an unobstructed view of the sky, out of hearing-range of traffic. Where you can listen to birds sing, insects buzz, and critters scuffle through leaves.
For me, that place is the North Carolina Arboretum. Three days ago, I cancelled a call and a meeting because I simply could not be present in any way for another, and I headed for my safe place. Trails, gardens, and indoor bathrooms. Oh my.
Two hours later, I returned home ready to write, to work, to read, and feel human again.
If you’re having difficulty finding your way to the garden or your center, reach out for help. I’m here to support you with intuitive readings and energy clearing.
