Loving-Kindness Meditation
Today may I be happy
And well
And may I feel at ease.
Say it 3x for yourself upon waking.
Then think of someone you know and say it 3x for them.
Then envision a collective group. It can be small in number or encompass all of humanity or all living beings. Focus on the group and say the meditation 3x again.
Take a deep breathe in and exhale slowly.
Thank you! You have sent loving-kindness energy into a world that desperately needs it.
Think about how powerful this simple action is and the change it would shape if done by each of us every morning.
